It All Started With Good Friends & Good Coffee

Like most things do, this Saturday started with coffee in one hand and friends by my side. This Saturday I had probably one of the biggest opportunities for my photography career thus far. The KC Creatives (a community of creatives in the KC MO area run by Nathan Bennett, Itzel Sanchez, and Hananiah Aldrich) hosted a meet up at Wickstock West (an event space in the west bottoms kc) for photographers and models to spread their creative wings and fly; and fly we did. I got the opportunity to photograph not only my two models, Kendyl Weber & Joel Whitson, but also other models who I had the opportunity to meet that day. The order of models is as listed: Kendyl Weber (instagram: kendyl_weber), Joel Whitson (isntagram: joel_whitson), Bryanna (instagram: bryannamichale), Maggie Fleming (instagram: same), Rajvishah (instagram: rajvishah_), and last but not least Rachael Feeley (instagram: babyfeeley).

This year for me, so far, has been all about stepping out of my comfort zone, and seeing where the Lord takes me. I am blessed to know the people I do. Blessed to have people in my life that encourage my creative heart. I am beyond happy with where I am creatively and just in general. Here's to many more opportunities to take my abilities to new levels. The sky is the limit.
